I began in the healthcare industry as a medical coder and customer service representative for a large hospital. From there, I moved to healthcare technology companies, supporting providers and payers through roles in customer support, implementation, quality assurance, business analysis, product management, and operations. Each step sharpened my understanding of how systems function and where they break down.

Along the way, I developed a passion for finding practical ways to make healthcare processes easier for the people working in the system and the patients relying on it.
